Abstract [eng] The quantitative findings of teachers and high-quality school executives data have shown that excessive workload, the lack of motivation, overcrowding programs, poor education base, the fear of making mistakes and showing up , the fear of results, the lack of self-esteem, the aversion of taking risk, the lack of funds for incentive prevent the developing of teachers creativity competences. It is important for the teachers to improve constantly their own professional skills, not to be afraid of accepting the challenges, to evaluate themselves positively, not to be afraid of offering ideas to colleagues and the school management, to apply new working methods during lessons. The environment is one of the most important factors in the development of creativity. It is suggested to create qualitative working conditions, to create respect-based relationships, to raise important goals of the institution and to show productive activities, to work in a team, to cooperate, to give the teacher freedom and autonomy. It is important for the teacher to have internal and external motivation. It is suggested the teacher should be curious and the school head should support teachers' ideas, innovations, positive attitudes towards changes, different opinions and the evaluation of results.
