With the constant change of circumstances, it is becoming increasingly difficult for businesses to survive. It is, therefore, natural that business leaders have questions about what an entrepreneurial culture should be like in order to maintain a competitive business and how to be able to adapt to business environment requirements. In order to shape, develop and improve the entrepreneurial culture in innovative enterprises and to direct the desired direction, it is useful to know the essence of its life and the advantages to the company's activities. Therefore, the relevance of the topic of the master's thesis is determined by the importance of the culture of entrepreneurship in the activities of innovative enterprises. The subject of this final thesis is the culture of entrepreneurship and the aim of the study – analyze and identify the peculiarities of entrepreneurship culture in innovative enterprises. The master thesis aims at substantiating the essence and problem of entrepreneurship culture in innovative enterprises, analyzing the characteristics and advantages of entrepreneurship culture and the concept and entrepreneurship of innovative enterprises, examining trends in the formation and development of entrepreneurship culture in innovative enterprises and developing a model of theoretical entrepreneurship culture in innovative enterprises and empirically verifying it. The study of Entrepreneurship Culture in Innovative Enterprises consists of three sections. In the first section of the thesis there is an analysis of the problem of entrepreneurship culture in innovative enterprises. The second section of the thesis presents theoretical solutions for entrepreneurship culture in innovative enterprises. The third section of the thesis presents the results of the empirical research on entrepreneurship culture in innovative enterprises and the discussion on qualitative and quantitative analysis of the research results. Results of the work. Based on the analysis of Lithuanian and foreign authors' scientific works, the concept of entrepreneurship culture, advantages in the activities of innovative enterprises and trends in formation and development are revealed. The theoretical model of entrepreneurship culture in innovative enterprises is formed on the basis of this analysis. The formated model can be useful for business owners and managers, paying attention to the peculiarities of entrepreneurship culture, forming and developing an entrepreneurial culture and the impact of these features on the success of the company. For the examination of the theoretical model, an empirical study was carried out interviewing the heads of experts of innovative companies. The study explores the role of individual entrepreneurial cultural components in innovative enterprises. It was provided research-based suggestions for improvement of company activities. The results of the research can be used in similar studies, as well as developing and improving the activities of the company in the field of innovations in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the activity. |
