The public sector is increasingly required to gain operational efficiency and the state authorities have to find appropriate management and public sector activities that would meet the growing expectations of people in order to effectively solve social and economic problems (Gaulė, 2014). Due to this fact, new management systems, new forms of different responsibilities are being developed that require improvement of public management practices and the reform of public administration structural elements, i. e. public policy and public administration. Discussion will be about the attitude of the personnel towards the process of implementation of structural management changes in the public sector at X company and to present its results. |
