Prevailing globalization, the revolution of Information Technologies not only break down barriers between people and countries, but also create new challenges which enable to try innovations, pass from collective to individualistic society, change the attitude towards work and adjust the needs of citizens. Aiming to create stable society, ensure the proper use of human capital and settling into labour market, it is important to create favourable conditions for career advancement both for women and men and this is one of the aims of the European Union. It is important to know the main factors which determine the success of the career of women, which would help to consolidate the financial independence of women, maintain stable economic situation and improve the living conditions of social life. In the Final Master Thesis the factors determining the career of women and obstacles, which prevent from reaching the goals set, are analysed, as well as the suggestions are provided how to solve the problems of the career of women. |
