In this project we investigate fractional-order derivative systems, how their dynamics change by varying the order. We take the fractional-order generalizations of a couple of well-known systems such as the Rossler attractor, Van der Pol oscillator, and find parameters for which either chaos or limit cycles exist, then apply feedback control to stabilize the system. Numerical methods are discussed. |
