The first part of the thesis consists of literature analysis concerning compliant mechanisms: their types, functions, advantages and disadvantages and possible areas of integration. Analysis of original four-link rigid body mechanism its types and application were made. Review of several scientific research were made, such as: German scientists’ who distinguished three types of compliance, scientists who evaluated influence of compliant joints in the mechanism. Microslides with compliant joints were reviewed. In the second part, a solution was proposed to obtain coordinates of centers of the compliant joints. Results were used to derive the step between the centers and to obtain lengths of the links. The third part contains the evaluation of stresses in order to receive comparative results of photo-elasticity and modeled prototype. Conclusions are given. |
