Paper recycling simplifies the manufacturing process in which the paper is changing the mechanical and chemical properties. The mechanical properties of the paper determines the longevity of prints. They are changing the structure of the formation of the paper The project was carried out lietratūros overview about paper recycling and its features. The work was carried out in the mechanical characteristics measurements – study paper surface smoothness and resistance to breakage of double folds. Also at work was analyzed in the paper quality settings made in the enterprise – print densitometry and quality control (optical density, slip control and expansion raster point control). With increased emphasis on human health was analyzed for heavy metal concentration in the mass of paper and the pH value, which affects not only the print quality but also media soil formation. The following were analyzed quality control, human safety and environmental themes of the press industry. Describe the safety and quality of the methods used in the emerging printing. At the end of the calculated economic and financial indicators, the calculations carried out for 5 years. The projected ROI of the project, and the company's profit for all period of 5 years. |
