Master’s thesis consists of three parts: analysis of literature, theoretical calculations amd experimental study. In the first part the analysis of literature was carried out in which provides an overview for: Existing causes for traffic jams formation, traffic lights control options, traffic monitoring systems. In the second part theoretical calculations of traffic light colour cycle were carried out. In the third part the optimal cycle of traffic light was found, 3D simulation model with realistic parameters was created. |
