Abstract [eng] The purpose of this thesis is to carry out the reconstruction of the production of the ceramic blocks at JSC ,,Palemonas ceramic”. In order to improve the quality of raw materials preparation workshop of a forming mixture for small grinding mill rolls, they are replaced with new German company called “ Rieter“ rolls. Also in the forming of ceramic blocks bar a construction of the new mixer-mill is under construction. The prepared mass in these mechanisms will become more homogeneous, because in it the accessories and humidity will be distributed evenly. After the research work, it was found that smectite clay waste can be used as a supplement in ceramic blocks, which are used for internal partitions production of the wall. Since this supplement slightly detracts from the sample and the ceramic shard properties (standard range), the selected option is a 3 % smectite clay waste in the forming mass. As individual and industrial construction volumes increase, together with them increases the demand for bigger dimension building block structural products, including ceramic blocks. Large masonry blocks replace 4 – 7 simple perforated bricks and the masonry from these blocks has significantly less masonry seams. Therefore this final thesis provides a change in the production (blocks) assortment produced by JSC “Palemonas ceramic”. It is predicted that JSC “Palemonas ceramic” blocks production will be 1.1 million. per year (the same was before the reconstruction). However, the part of small-scale production of blocks will now be replaced with larger blocks. The reconstruction was based on the economic and environmental assessments, analyzes of employee working conditions, conducted construction decisions.
