With the society getting older ne need rises for social welfare organizations, however, citizens from different countries have different needs. When establishing “Sateikiu” social welfare home, which is meant for foreigners, some information is still needed about the wishes of the foreigners when it comes to spending their elderly years in a welfare home. The aim of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of establishing and organizing the social welfare organizations as well as identify the problems when looking at the “Sateikiu” social welfare home example. |
