This Master’s final project covers the design of digital printing technology and quality analysis of the prints. Literature overview and quality analysis of the prints, printed with Ricoh Pro C7100sx five-color digital printer, results of scientific research and conclusions are presented in the scientific part of the research. Design of printing preparation, printing and after print processes of digital printing technology of various promotional products has been performed; annual time rate was calculated for every single technological process. Based on this calculation, required number of employees as well as the number of equipment units, administrative and production areas has been calculated; the plan of premises and technological equipment layout was drawn. The project presents quality control of the designed printing house as well as assessment of occupational hazards and analysis of environmental ecology. Financial economic part of the project analyses competitors of the designed printing house, production and operational costs, and expenses of financial and investment activities. Product price calculation, cash flow of the project has been performed afterwards and main economic indicators of the project have been presented. The project is finalized by conclusions and suggestions. Technical characteristics of equipment are provided in the Annex section. |
