Corruption is social phenomenon, which is determined by legal, social, financial, economic and other assumptions. Because of alteration of these assumptions, country has to react, respond very quickly, in pursuance to create flexible basis of fight against corruption. After restitution of independence, Lithuania has started to create laws, which regulate corruption prevention, various corruption prevention programmes and plans. New corruption emergences, ingenuity of government‘s officials, encourages to improve these programmes and plans, because features of crimes‘ composition change, considering that government officials are acquainted with valid laws of Republic of Lithuania and they know, how to avoid direct connection with incriminated crime. There is no information about researches of Lithuania‘s police prevention measures effectivenes. The object of this work. Policy of corruption prevention in Lithuania‘s police system. |
