The aim of the research is to assess the public administration operational efficiency through the government accountable to the institutions and agencies the common features performance report for the 2013-2015 year. The object of this research is the public administration efficiency. There are three objectives of the research: perform public administrative institutions performance evaluation theoretical analysis; analyze the strategic and legal documents that governing the institutions efficiency assessment; establish Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Lithuania performance efficiency. |
