Tourism sector is widely considered both global and Lithuanian scientists. Tourism contributes to regional development and creates added value for the national economy. Every year tourist area attracts more and more investments, create new companies, development of infrastructure, promotion of employment and innovation.It is always important to monitor developments in the tourism sector, to analyze and evaluate properly, because tourism is strongly associated with economic, social, cultural, political and ecological environment that is rapidly changing as society changes and affect the tourism sector. Tourism increases visibility and attractiveness of the area, as is the development of tourism in the creation of new services, trade, development and improvement of local infrastructure, which encourages tourists to come and take interest in the area and its culture. |
