Abstract [eng] By increasing the degree of integration, it is important that the adjacent elements of integrated operation is stable and fast. It is important that interconnected elements work smoothly and maintain good parameters. One of the most common structures - CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) integrated circuits. CMOS is a widely used as microprocessor, microcontroller, RAM and other digital logic circuits. CMOS technology is also used analog circuits, such as an image sensor (CMOS sensor), data converters, and highly integrated transmitter - communication transmission. Masters aim – research collected literature to study the CMOS circuit bandwidth parameters depending on its structure changes. Find and offer optimal solutions of CMOS quick-acting improvement. The system will be modeled Silvaco TCAD (Technology Computer Aided Design) program, which is considered one of the most accurate programs, when simulating the real elements of the integrated circuits parameters.
