Abstract [eng] Architecture that forms part of a nations Cultural heritage is a significant source of the cultural memory, identity and attractiveness of that country, moreover, such buildings have a great influence on a country's development. The application of sustainability criteria (social, economic and ecological) can ensure the effective development of real estate cultural heritage objects. Appropriate protection, care and attractive presentation of cultural heritage seeks to make tourism more popular and bring many economic benefits. However Cultural heritage landowners lack of access to relevant information is the problem. There is not enough information about the common heritage protection work, funding opportunities and other requirements for the landowner. There is also a lack of highly skilled professionals in the cultural heritage sector. The framework in use for modelling real estate cultural heritage renewal, and use, is also used in conjunction the same creator’s system, developed for evaluation of social, economic and ecological needs. Taking into account the district of Rokiskis development priorities, goals and tasks, it allows one to identify three main objectives that will increase the use of cultural heritage. The research has therefore identified the best possible alternative for cultural heritage object renewal.
