Currently, there are designed numerous universal warehouse management systems, however, having assessed the various interference which are faced by the ones selling used car parts, it was decided to create a specialised warehouse management system specifically for companies engaged in trade of used car parts. The work described in this paper consists of four main parts. The first part analyses the existing warehouse management systems, provides an overview of the existing implementation issues and selects system architecture. The second (project) part of the paper describes the developed system and its design methodology as well as foresees objectives. The third section provided functional and non-functional requirements. The fourth section contains detailed architecture specification and static image of the system. The seventh section of the paper describes carried out research and experiments. The research were carried out using keyword search in SQL – based relational databases. |
