The staffs of Big-size businesses (Bs) and enterprises have to adapt to ever-changing work environment but that causes problems. The Enterprises do not invest in the trainings of enterprise information system for new employees. For this reason, new employees have to learn how to use the system by themselves or ask for a help to more experienced colleagues. However, both options slow down the employees‘ effectiveness and efficiency. The solution for this problem is an integration of a real information system of the enterprise to a virtual learning environment where new employees can learn the system without making any negative impact to real enterprise data. Virtual Learning Environment and Prototypes of Information System of the Enterprise were used to solve the described problem. The systemic plug-in was created that lets to transfer the selected data from Information System of the Enterprise to Virtual Learning Environment. Due to this reason, a new employee can get the needed data of the Information System of the Enterprise which would be adapted according the work positions or distributed to appropriate units for learning. To ensure the up-to-date data, the plug-in for automated data synchronization was used which synchronize data from the Information System of the Enterprise directly. The plug-in helps to learners to get the up-to-date data during the learning process, follow the changes and understand them. The plug-in is used for new employees only. |
