| Abstract [eng] |
The present work is dedicated to the transformation of information dissemination to the electronic environment within the healthcare institution. The information dissemination is associated with the introduction of new technologies as well as with everyday internal activities of the organisation. Employees of the institution should be able to access the information easily and instantly: they need to study materials related to the new techniques being installed, to refresh their knowledge about the equipment being used, they need to read the internal management and guidance documents, and the management needs a tool to assess how the employees are using the provided information. Therefore, the main idea of the present work is to explore the peculiarities (usually hardly observable) of the transformation of internal information dissemination within the healthcare institution using the virtual learning environment (VLE). |
