The aim of master`s thesis is to develop and explore cement sulphate binder application for 3D printer. Master`s thesis consists of theoretical and experimental parts. In the theoretical part the literature review is presented, types of binders, binding processes, physical and mechanical properties of samples are analyzed. Also, in this study sulphate binder properties are analyzed. Different types of literature in order to find data that could be used to develop binder for 3D printer. In the experimental part of thesis physical and mechanical properties of cement sulphate binder are analyzed. An optimal sulphate hemihydrate binder content is determined. Microstructure analysis of samples is performed. Application of ultrasonic dispersant for solidification parameters of binder is investigated. Master`s thesis consist of five parts: introduction, literature review, study methods, experimental part, conclusions. |
