Health care sector advancement depend on innovations. Healthcare sector in Lithuania is one of the most advanced public management sector because as all European Union states carry out reforms. To prepare European strategy ‘‘ Europe 2020‘‘ for 2014-2020 years provide targets to improve health care activities through innovations. Innovation in healthcare helps take up the challenge of sustainability in the sector in the context of demographic change and action to reduce inequalities in health is important to achieve ‘inclusive growth’. However, innovation is not only technology and new products. It is also a health care organization and structure, resources use and systems for financing innovation. Health care helps reduce health care costs and improve quality. Many institution have the principal aim for strategic planning to improve technological innovation and commercialization connection and together ensure health care safety, quality and efficiency.
