Recently, in order to survive in the market, companies do not have enough internal resources, thus increasing the importance of open innovation. It has become important not only to innovate through the organization's internal resources, but also to extensively use external resources and share ideas in the wider area. Greater advantage should have companies - creators of open innovation, which in many ways in the innovation process involves a variety of partners: the company customers, scientists and business partners. Successful implementation of open innovation largely determines the company's competitive advantage and success. |
