With increasing international global business trend comes questions such as how persons from diferent continents can succesfully work together to achieve good results. Virtual groups is one of the methods how to improve communication while doing mutual tasks. Without direct contact the groups must achieve goals. Creative problem solving can be a tool to control virtual groups communication, while achieving set goals. |
