Abstract [eng] The relevance of the topic. Nowadays, companies freaquently are facing challanges of retaining different generations working together. One of the most important and common thing for all companies is to understand how three different generation work values can be combined between, for better working atmosphere. Many scholars indicate that different generation values can formulate disagreements or even tension. Scientific problem. There is many studies have empirically substantiated generational differences and conflicts between generations, but there is almost none research that analyzed the impact of generation„s values differences of tension zones. Research object – Baby boomers, GenX and GenY differences of values. The aim of this paper is to investigate the impact of generations‟ values differences on the expression of tension zones. Objectives of the work: 1. To disclose generation values differences; 2. To prepare a conceptual model of different generation values impact on expression of tension zones; 3. Investigate generational values differences to an impact of tension zones. The research shows that generational values differences exists between three generations: Y, X, baby boomers. The tension zones were investigated, found out generations with largest tension for other generations. The most impacts for tension formation among generations perspective were found using linear regression models.
