The project appraisal is one of the most important stages in project development phase, which aims at investigation and evaluation of many factors that could have possible effects on the decision making regarding the initiation phase.In the global warming context, renewable energy projects are widely discussed in mass media in respect of their ambitions on the creation of value added. This paper aims to investigate the critical assessment criteria of renewable energy projects. |
