Abstract [eng] |
There are six general knowledge transfer methods according literature (“technologies”, “cooperation”, “learning in class”, information transfer from “face to face“, “support programs” and “substitute”). Methods fit all four generations: Baby Boomers (1946 – 1960), Interim (1961 – 1965), X (1966 – 1979), Y (1980 – 2000). The best methods of knowledge transfer to Baby Boomers are: “learning in the class”, also “face to face”, “support programs”, “substitute” and less good “technologies”. Interim generation was identified in methodology part. People born in 1961-1965 are in this generation. The best methods of knowledge transfer to Interim generation are: “learning in the class”, “face to face”, “substitute”, less good is to use “technologies” and “support program”. Interim generation is more similar to Baby Boomers generation than to X generation. However, further research is needed due to small amount of respondents in this generation. The best knowledge transfer methods for X generation are: “technologies”, “face to face“, “substitute”, less good are “cooperation” and “support programs”. The best knowledge transfer methods for Y generation are: “technologies”, “cooperation”, “face to face” and “substitute”. Results shows that X and Y generation use similar methods for knowledge transfer. |
