Applying career management models in organization, there is important to consider not only the career opportunities in the Organization, but also to the characteristics of the employee as a person. Every employee is an individual and its features are unique, and with a view to a comprehensive career management and planning, the need becomes the widest possible understanding of the employees. Although the each person has only one specific characteristics typical of him, but there are certain features, which could be divided into different groups of individuals.
