The main object of the work - three regional sections of Lithuania: Vilnius, Kaunas, all the others regions. The existing researches shows us and later we will evaluate the feasibility and compares these regions by the World prevailing criteria and conclusions provide a region of preparation and suitability for the development of open source innovations. It also the actual recommendation in the region regarding the future development in comparison with the best practices of other countries. |
