Every organization is starting different projects which are carried on for gaining success and reaching certain goals. Regardless of the purpose a project is created for, it needs to be defined as accurately as possible, including one of the very first project keystones – project scope. Environment is changing quickly, that is why project managers need to know how to combine and use different management styles according to different situations and changing internal and external environment. Project management styles should be chosen and used according to project scope and in some cases, more than one style should be combined to achieve best possible results. |
