Abstract [eng] About half of international trade is going on international supply chains. Therefore, the international supply chain management is an extremely important for companies which work in international markets. Therefore, an effective management of international supply chain depends on evaluation of its performance. On the other hand, science research and survey notice factors which reduce the effectiveness of international supply chain. The main reasons for this trend are problems related with performance of financial supply chain. Financial providers insufficiently support the usage of supply chain financing. It leads to difficulties of funding access and unfavorable business environment. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate these problems and find the best way to improve the activities of international supply chain. In this context, the object of the research is an international supply chain financing. The purpose of this research is to create the instrumentation for evaluation of international supply chain financing. To make better analysis, all international supply chain is divided into five processes of supply chain: plan performance, source performance, production performance, delivery performance and customer service and satisfaction. Therefore, it is easier to direct the funding for solving the problems in particular process of international supply chain. The results of regression analysis show that supply chain ratio of company is the most affected by accounts payables turnover of fertilizers department. According to Pearson correlation coefficient, which is equal to 0,618, there is a moderate direct linear relationship among these variables. For these reasons, the funding should be direct to source performance which is related to improving the relationship of the company and its suppliers. Therefore, the research analyses an impact of approved payables finance in fertilizer department and how does it affected the results of whole supply chain. To set the influence of financial measure to fertilizers department, the situation of funding is modeling. It is noticed, that this financial measure decreases accounts payables. On the other hand, it also increases financial costs. For this reason, the fertilizer department can ask for supplier to make a discount and improve terms of trade. It leads to lower costs of goods and materials. Summing up, when 30 percent of accounts payables are funding, the growth of raw materials turnover is 9,75 percent and the growth of payable turnover is 42,21 percent. On the other hand, the costs of goods sold fall by 0,09 percent. Finally, it is noticed that financing of international supply chain in fertilizer department increased supply chain ratio at 1,46 percentage point. These results show that approved payable finance has positive impact to fertilizer department and whole company. Finally, recommendation for the future research is to improve the precision of the international supply chain financing model. It could be done by including more variables in this analysis. Furthermore, it is suggested to identify an indirect benefit of international supply chain financing to other process of supply chain.
