In an increasingly busy society it is really important to pay attention to job satisfaction and work-life balance. A number of scientists analyzed the job satisfaction and work-life balance separately. Bloom, Kretschmer & Van Reenen (2009), Morganson, Major, Verive & Heelan (2010), Mas-Machuca, Berbegal-Mirabent & Alegre (2016), Panisoara & Serban (2013) put their attention on work-life balance issues. At the same time Valickiene, Valickas & Sinkievic (2007), Mackoniene & Norvile (2012), Tansel & Gazioglu (2014), Diskiene & Tamoseviciene (2014) highlighted importance of job satisfaction. However, this master thesis pay on prior on interface of job satisfaction and work-life balance. It is very important to identify interface of work-life balance and job satisfaction. The purpose of the thesis is to highlight interface of work-life balance and job satisfaction. |
