Abstract [eng] Modern businesses use a variety of tools to increase their competitiveness. One of the most important steps in the company's success - business process planning, reaching a target. If company does not plan its activities, it becomes difficult to work with partners, difficult to increase investment and raise the value of the company. Just like the making and reaching company's plans, it is important to measure and monitor the company processes, defined KPI’s and their changes and trends, deviations from the plan. But until now, specialized planning and analysis tools have been isolated: the planning system - manually completed by Excel files or dedicated separate planning system, and analysis system - BI business intelligence system. This assay investigates the company's planning process, the actors in this process, the requirements of planning system. Summarized the planning system needs and analyzed the Microsoft BI technology and their functionality, also investigated feasibility for planning system implementation to already used Business Intelligence system. The experimental test - modified existing business analysis system concerted different technology elements, also modified consumer analytical Excel reports. Evaluated advantages and disadvantages of this new analysis and planning system. Summarized of the work done after the experiment with business intelligence system with about 10 million records. Experiment have been done successfully, manipulations with plan data did not cause any problems - the system worked quickly and stable, so it is possible to conclude that such a solution can be developed and implemented for all operational plans of the company.
