Abstract [eng] The date of project realization is calculated in the beginning of project, but usually it is over optimistic. The final date can be calculated without considering to the project risks: complexity, constantly changing conditions in the market, the lack of workers’ competence. The aim of this project is to realize the system, according the IS project scope of task assessment methodology, called FiSMA, that makes easier to calculate the scope of project, to organize tasks, to observe deviations between the planned and factual time, and to store the statistics data. The relevance of the FiSMA was evaluated during an experiment. The experiment with 5 real life projects has shown that the implementation of the method was well accepted by developers. They quickly understood how to calculate the number of function points and spent for this only 3 percents of the time needed for implementing their projects. The received average value of function point for 5 projects was equal to 1,16 hours. After executed project, it can be assumed that the implemented system should help to evaluate the scope of IS project tasks. To find out whether the system is successful over a long period, there is a demand to gather more statistic data, to compare supposed and factual times, and to calculate more accurate functional point value.
