In order that the project wouldn’t fall behind the schedule or exceed the budget and could quickly solve emerged problems, the project must be managed. A lot of tools and systems are created for project management. Project management process is analyzed for a particular special buildings projecting company in this work. Main problems of this process are that the user cannot see the timely information and never learns from owns mistakes. After analyzing the existing project management process there is created a new one. A decision was to create a system which would help avoid mistakes of the going project. A lot of project managing tools are created, such as the most popular MS Project and MS Project Server. Analysis of these tools showed that universal project management tools do not meet the requirements for the building projecting process. For example, they don’t allow project managers to see, change and control parts of the work assigned only for them, to see and register of previous projects mistakes. An experiment was made during this work. It consists of two parts. The first part analyses the comparison of processes and the new project was valued by Capability Maturity Model. In the second part the valuation of the system quality was made. Results of the experiment showed, that the newly created project managing system helps to improve the project managing process of the special buildings projecting company. The survey let us ascertain that users assess this system positively. The system is implemented into particular special buildings projecting company. The system is constantly improved and renewed according to user’s requirements.
