Abstract [eng] Precast concrete elements being more and more popular not only in local, Lithuanian market, but also in other European countries markets and demand for these products growth year by year. Precast concrete columns could be one of best solutions for construction work carried out in winter time, when air temperature drops below zero degrees. We have analyzed precast concrete column technology and its optimization in this work. To reduce production costs self-compacting concrete (SCC) is chosen for manufacturing of columns. This type of concrete eliminates vibration demand during manufacturing process and ensures quality surface of product. Fly ash usage replaces a small amount of cement. Also European Parliament and Council regulation 305/2011 and seventh esential builing requirement „Sustainable use of natural resources“ is implemented in the case of waste reduction. This type of concrete lets to eliminate demand for vibration in manufacturing and also ensures quality of casting surface due to small fraction of concrete and recycled concrete microfiller was used In research work fly ash and chemical addimixtures influence for self compacting concrete hardening and mechanical properties was researched. Fly ash replaced up to 10 % of cement mass and chemical addimixtres was used up to 2 % from cement mass. In final thesis, reinforced concrete columns factory project is presented. Technological, organisational and cstructural calculations were made and production line was analyzed and designed.
