The aim of master‘s degree final work is to analyze organizational and technological soultions of apartment dwelling house. Various calculations are performed in architectural, economical and organizational parts. It is also decrtibed how lean methodology could be applied in concstruction area. The law part describes documents, technical regulations and norms used in this work. The general indicators of building and site as well as achitectural and structurals solutions are described in architectural section of the work. Technological and organizational solutions of chosen construction processes are analyzed in technological and organizational sections. The construction site has been designed according to the obtained data. The calcultaions of estimates are presented in economical part. Also, the cost of technological processes is given in detail. Research part of the work presents analysis of work organization using lean methodology. Therefore, lean application principles in construction site have been studied. |
