The research methodology and issues of Palanga city modernization was analyzed in the final master work. The main problems are functional structure of the territory, the lack of local identity. The paper summarizes the modernization of urban regeneration and development solutions like functional area integration, cultural and social development of objects, forming a residential element, space concentration, small architectural elements. The work consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions, literature and other sources of information and a list of accessories. The work consists of 59 pages, including attachments. 1 formula, 18 figures and 6 tables were used in the paper. 64 information sources were used during the final thesis writing. |
