The core of this research is analysis of corruption prevention in Lithuanian health care system realization. The aim of this project is to analyze and estimate corruption prevention policy realization. This project tasks are: 1. To make corruption policy prevention conception analysis; 2. To reveal corruption prevention meaning and measures in Lithuanian health care system; 3. To implement corruption prevention measures analysis and to provide practical examples of the application; 4. Analyze corruption prevention policy in other countries health care system. The main results and applications of this thesis is: corruption prevention is the corruption reasons and conditions disclosure and elimination by means of creating and implementing the system of appropriate measures as well as deterrence against corruption-related criminal acts. In order to implement corruption prevention policy in Lithuanian health care system, a coherent strategy, concluded under constant review and adjusted in the anti-corruption program. According to the residents, the most effective measure to reduce the level of corruption in Lithuania is exactly punitive measures. At 2014 this opinion had 58 percent residents, while only 25 percent said that most effective should be preventative measures. |
