Abstract [eng] The railroad infrastructure is expanding rapidly therefore the demand for reinforced concrete sleepers increase. There is a huge competition in the industry beetwean companies that produce these products. Competition forces manufacturers to look for alternatives to diminish the price while still keeping it’s characteristics. In the research section i found out and tried to prove that we can change the typical large filling granite into an alternative material, dolomite. So the the main purpose of my masters work is to design a production technology for concrete sleepers while using an improved concrete formula, which should have an effect on the producs price. The main textural part of the Final Degree Project‘s consists of: 1. Discussion of the Design process, considering laws and technical regulations of construction. 2. Architectural part, which describes the plot situation and solutions, principals of building’s with the calculations of heat transfer coefficient of the roof. 3. In a Structural part of the Project steel truss is designed. 4. The Technological part, in which I preset the determined calculations of the concretes curring and also the calculations of material usege. 5. Organizational part. In which I calculate the process rythm and create the operatiom time graphic. 6. Economical part, in which I calculate the price of building and furbushing the factory and the forseable income. 7. Health and safety, and Environmental safety part. In this part health and safety regulations as well as Environmental regulations are shown in details. The graphical part of the Projects consists of architectural, structural and technological drawings.
