Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this work is to project the production‘s technological line of electric poles from ferroconcrete. This line is projecting in the industrial building which is 2 ha. During one year this factory can produce 10 433 m3 of these products. All products are preparing different type of dimensions. Length could be from 9000 mm until 13000 mm. Mine factory is preparing just one mark which is S110-34,3. Production is designed for keeping electric lines wires. Electric poles from ferroconcrete are producing production‘s method which is assembly-line and aggregatic. All devices of lines are concerted for modeling and transporting one type of pole (mark is S110-34,3). Devices are put that all factory‘s engaged area would be used. There is put forms of products, overhead crane, trolley for transporting all producs and carcass of armature. Furthermore there is calculated necessary inputs for calculating these poles of ferroconcrete. Also there is calculated all estimate for producing a building which is projectiong. In the end there is identified the price of formative product including the price of building. |
