Abstract [eng] |
Equipment failures and machinery downtime were analyzed in this master thesis. In order to develop preventive maintenance program, the most commonly used equipment reliability calculation methods and technical diagnostics tools were analyzed. After analyzing statistics of component failures during 2016 year a special data table was created in order to know which equipment components require additional maintenance. After performing a survey about the most prioritized equipment at the company a special priority matrix was created. Based on the results of this survey „Seho 2240“ was determined to have the highest priority. Analysis of the possible failures was performed before implementing proper maintenance check-up for the most problematic components. As a result objective and subjective component diagnosis methods were chosen and maintenance periods were determined. SolidWorks 2015 software package was used to design the diagnosis tool. After performing motion analysis for the diagnosed equipment, diagnostic tool was graded according to the device specifications. Device payback time was calculated in accordance to the tariff of labour and standard device purchase price used in the company. As a result a preventive maintenance program was developed to predict equipment failures and optimize downtime of the machinery. Furthermore a specialized diagnosis tool was designed which has good economic efficiency. 40 literature sources were used in this master thesis. Work consists of 52 pages, 29 drawings, 6 tables and 4 supplements. |
