Abstract [eng] |
In recent years, learning in a virtual environment is becoming increasingly popular. Scientific research confirms that virtual training is an effective alternative for nursing education, enabling not only communication among peers, collaboration with other professionals, information retrieval, participation in training or discussions, but also contributing to the transformation of the healthcare system, especially when more complex knowledge and skills need to be acquired, and nurses have limited direct time. The aim of this final project is to empower nurses to enhance their general and specialized competencies in a prepared virtual environment, according to a developed methodology that reflects the application of virtual learning tools in nursing professional competencies. Therefore, it is crucial to develop a set of educational tools that is as diverse as possible, with content that matches the desired teaching methodology and goals. In order to understand nurses' perspectives on the need for virtual learning and the selection of virtual learning tools, a survey of nurses was conducted. Based on the results, a methodology for improving nurses' professional competencies was developed, adapting a set of virtual learning tools. |
