This master's thesis examines how ICT and distance learning methods can be used to develop internal communication within an institution. The literature review examines how internal communication improves the work environment, promotes collaboration and employee involvement in the institution's activities, ensures mutual understanding between employees and management, and encourages the pursuit of best results. Opinions were sought on how ICT, such as intranet, can be used for information dissemination, collaboration, and discussions within the institution. The literature argues that distance learning is an effective way to improve employees' ICT skills and competencies. The research aimed to analyze the aspects of internal communication, ICT and distance learning in the institution, to assess the situation of ICT and distance learning methods application for internal communication, and to set guidelines for ICT internal communication using ICT tools. |
