Abstract [eng] The subject of the final Master project – evaluation of Twelve-Storey residential Building Construction Organizational Solutions. A twelve-storey residential building is 25,18 m of length and 25,63m of width, land area is 3772,60 m2. A two-storey building with an elevator inside, fitted to the disabled. Construction regulation and essential requirements to the building are discussed as well as documents used for designed building are indicated in Final Master thesis. Architectural – constructional solutions of a building are indicated. All building heat resistance are calculated. The inter-storey slab is designed. All materials of building process are calculated and technology of collected slab is analysed. Organizational part where three comparative schedules of construction calendar are created, building site plan is analysed. Economical part, where local and objective estimates are made. Economic effect of calendar schedules are compared. Work safety and environmental safety are discussed.
