Abstract [eng] |
With rapid growth of remote working in today’s society, there are also a variety of opportunities to do it. One way is to work and travel at the same time. People who live and work in this way are described in various sources as digital nomads. They are always carrying a laptop, a mobile phone and an internet connection, which are the main tools they work with. Digital nomads usually work from different locations around the world and choose their work location according to their personal needs, financial possibilities, or convenience. This type of work and life helps them to understand the meaning of autonomy and responsibility, and improves the work-life balance by giving them the freedom to combine their work schedule or workload. In most cases, such people experience greater satisfaction not only in life but also in their personal work. When choosing such a lifestyle, the potential risks and complexities should be considered. Not everyone is able to sustain and survive in such a life for a long time. |
