Virtual teams are popular in a variety of organizations within the implementation of various projects. The organization is very convenient to keep track of communication inside the team, because communication with the aid of things are recorded and managed. However, worrying the business world poses to the Z generation. They are coming to business organizations and bringing a distinctive culture of communication - spending a lot of time of communicating in social networks and through it they are implementing many activities. Perhaps this is one reason why the social technologies now are a part of the modern organizations, and serves as a platform for communication. There is a lot of discussions about social networks influence - it is noted that social networks have an impact on communication within the organization. |
