Abstract [eng] To ensure the long-term acceptance of service or product, companies may apply market orientation strategy in the enterprise management or invest in quality, which is measured by quality cost. There is a lack of scientific researches on the market orientation's impact on quality cost. Information of this relationship would help to understand how application of market orientation would affect company’s costs and to find out whether new activities related to market orientation would help to reduce specific quality cost or, in opposite, it would cause the increase of some quality cost groups. This research aims to investigate the impact of market orientation on quality cost.
