Abstract [eng] The results allowed to formulate the following conclusions: As competitiveness is increasingly associated with innovation, research, technological development and quality improvement, the company free float must be intended for business innovation promoting and new technologies installation by investing in direct development activities and to non-technological innovation, creating special incentives and assistance programs for this purpose. The country's industry is competitive, if there is close cooperation relations between related and service sectors. The most important resource which affects the competitiveness of the company is human resources, so special attention to the improvement should be given, whereas mass labor migration causes lack of skilled workers.
