Explicitly it can be said that state-owned enterprises shareholder is every citizen of the Republic of Lithuania, and their contribution to profitability and have a huge impact on the small Lithuanian state for economic stability and growth. State of the companies operate in different environments and have different specifics and their activities. Their activity is determined by a set of external and internal factors. The problem in question is quite relevant, and to find solutions to maximize the effectiveness of state enterprises. However, this work focused to state-owned enterprises performance evaluation, there is a scientific problematic issue, the factors that determine the efficiency of state-owned enterprises and how to evaluate it? The work consists of an introduction, four chapters and conclusions and recommendations. The first master thesis chapter presents Lithuanian state-owned enterprises performance problem analysis. The second chapter gives a theoretical corporate performance and the performance evaluation of theoretical insights. It also made the state-owned company performance evaluation model. The third thesis chapter provides state-run company performance evaluation methodology. The fourth chapter presents the work presented performance measurement model SE Kuršėnų forest enterprise model and its Enterprise workflow solutions. |
