Master thesis analyzes the resolution of the flexible organization of work in the police force, in the district of Telsiai. The work consists of four main parts: problem analysis, theoretical and empirical, and research methodology. Problem analysis part deals with resolution of flexible organization of work in the police force, analysis the transformation of system as well as new challenges and possibilities to implement them. Theoretical part discloses forms and patterns of flexible organization of work, identifies definition as well as pros and cons of employee and organizational aspects. The submitted construct of flexible organization of work is analyzed in two main analytical sections: first analyzed the resolution of flexible organization of work and secondly, received result in terms of staff. Formulated problem - insufficient resolution of flexible organization of work in solving the scale , workload , work schedule , fluctuations in relation to organization and staff. The object of research - flexible organization of work in the police force . The aim of research - to present recommendations of flexible organization of work in the police force, when identified the pros and cons of such organisation of work. Research tasks: 1. to identify forms and patterns after analysingthe theoretical aspects of flexible organization of work; 2. to disclose the pros and cons of resolution of flexible organization of work , also to analyse the meaning of it in relation to organization and staff. 3. to present the summarised theoretical model of flexible organization of work in the police force. 4. to carry out the qualitative research , to identify perspective of alternatives that people apply in flexible organization of work,as well as their perspective towards forms of such work organisation and to present recommendations of improvements in organising this type of work. 5. after carryingout the qualitative research to identify the resolution of flexible organization of work in AVPK of Telsiai district and the satisfaction of employees of such organisation of work, its forms and possibilities and to present recommendations of flexible organization of work in the police force. |
